Helplessness is an acute condition where no words can be worked. It is only way to solve to do the real work. It was during a time when Hridaan reached in Purulia. There is not specific reason to reach there at first, only to search the work which can quench the thirst of hunger. It is the hunger of workings, for standing beside those people, for stretching their hand to those people who needed Humanity, true heart. It was on 1st March, 2021, Hridaan reached at the village Kotalmara, beside Chhatni on Ayodhya Hills where the habitant is around of 35 people. Survey was started ,there are 823 people were habitant included neighbouring village ,among of 411 male & 412 female and it is terribly shocking words which is mentioned to say, there literacy rate 22.96% in the mostly developing digital net world, among of 13.35% is only female. After initimating the BDO of Baghmundi,p.o – Vivekananda Nagar,Dist. Purulia the project work was started on 12th & 13th March,2021. The lesson that was learnt during the survey was, if anyone ,be it Government or private ,has a real willing to develop the area, will have plenty of scopes to protect ,provided having scopes of efficient organisation with effective teamwork, joint accountability and of course ,funding and prime facie, ability to overcome their comprehensible Alchiki language,local mother tongue.Otherthan acute scarcity resource of water, literacy, lack of communicating ability with the appropriate authority to highlight the community’s deprivation and susceptibility to get cheated by crooked persons,are the basic reasons for which the area has been left so neglected even after seven and half decades of independence.
